Senior Analyst, Strategy & Analytics - VITAS Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s public policy agenda, monitoring federal and state legislative initiatives and translating them into actionable insights.
• Lead data‑driven analyses to inform enterprise clinical business decisions, identifying opportunities for performance breakthroughs and superior patient care.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test and implement new clinical technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and dashboards using Python, SQL and Tableau, providing real‑time visibility into key metrics.
• Apply machine learning techniques to predict outcomes, optimize resource allocation and support evidence‑based strategy development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy or data science within a healthcare or related environment.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau and statistical modeling.
• Strong understanding of healthcare policy, clinical workflows and technology implementation.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
