Senior Analyst, Scheduling - 2nd Shift

As a Senior Analyst, Scheduling, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing scheduling processes to ensure efficient use of resources and meeting business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and develop and maintain complex schedules to meet production demands. You will also be responsible for analyzing and resolving scheduling conflicts, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex schedules to meet production demands
• Analyze and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track scheduling performance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in scheduling or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools a plus
