About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical frameworks that integrate internal and external data sources to support retailer performance and pricing strategy.
- Design and deliver interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams.
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to forecast category growth, evaluate portfolio profitability, and recommend pricing adjustments.
- Collaborate with retailer partners to understand market dynamics, shopper behavior, and financial metrics, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, articulating data‑driven insights and supporting decision‑making for go‑to‑market initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in retail analytics, pricing, or related analytical roles.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Advanced Tableau skills for creating dynamic visualizations and dashboards.
- Strong statistical background with experience in regression, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
