Senior analyst role driving data‑driven recruiting decisions through advanced analytics, building dashboards, and developing predictive models using SQL, Python, and Tableau to improve talent acquisition performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive recruiting dashboards and reports in Tableau to surface actionable insights for talent acquisition teams.
- Extract, transform, and load large HR datasets from multiple sources (e.g., Workday, Salesforce, ATS) using SQL and Python‑based ETL pipelines.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify hiring bottlenecks, forecast workforce needs, and measure the impact of sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with recruiting, HR, and engineering stakeholders to define key metrics, data requirements, and data‑quality standards.
- Automate recurring analytics workflows and create self‑service tools that enable non‑technical users to explore recruiting data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably within talent acquisition or HR domains.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation; strong Python skills for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.
- Hands‑on experience building visualizations and dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical techniques such as regression, hypothesis testing, or clustering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
