Requirements
5+ years of experience in People Analytics or HR Data Analysis.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with statistical modeling or machine learning is a plus.
