About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical models and dashboards to support clinical and commercial decision making.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
- Apply statistical techniques (regression, survival analysis, clustering) in R to uncover trends and patterns in medical data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (clinical, regulatory, product) to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
- Document methodologies, create reproducible scripts, and ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in medical analytics or clinical data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R with experience building production‑ready pipelines.
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with machine learning techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
