Senior Analyst - MA System Liaison - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, extract, and analyze operational data to produce actionable insights that support strategic business objectives.
• Design, document, and optimize workflows and business processes to improve customer service quality and reduce operational expenses.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboards using business intelligence tools to monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to diagnose business problems and recommend data‑backed solutions.
• Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or process improvement roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated experience in workflow design, process mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
