About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust data models and ETL processes to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data governance standards, data quality metrics, and metadata management practices.
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and implement performance improvements.
- Document data architecture, data flows, and data dictionary for internal stakeholders.
- Provide analytical insights and ad‑hoc reporting to drive business decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, or similar).
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
- Experience with data modeling concepts and relational database design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
