About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Tier 1 support team, acting as the primary escalation point for Oracle Federal Financials issues.
- Manage user account lifecycle activities, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access reviews for ~19,000 users.
- Ensure ticket quality and adherence to service level agreements using ITIL‑based processes.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring operational and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with application owners and federal agency partners to resolve complex system and funds‑check errors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite, preferably Federal Financials.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL) and help‑desk ticketing tools.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a support team and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a federal or multi‑agency environment.
