About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that surface actionable insights for sales, services, and partner teams worldwide.
- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, forecast revenue, and measure field effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Go‑to‑Market leadership to define metrics, build predictive models, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Partner with Salesforce and other CRM systems to ensure data integrity, create automated pipelines, and streamline reporting processes.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, translating complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, manipulation, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced Tableau (or similar BI tool) skills, with a track record of delivering production‑grade dashboards.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and experience integrating CRM data into analytical workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
