About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data management frameworks to ensure data integrity across enterprise systems.
- Develop, monitor, and enforce data quality rules and controls, performing root‑cause analysis of data issues.
- Build and maintain ETL processes using SQL and Python to ingest, transform, and validate large data sets.
- Conduct data profiling and metadata documentation to support governance and compliance requirements.
- Create dashboards and reports that surface data quality metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and compliance teams to align data standards with regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data quality, or data governance roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Hands‑on experience building ETL pipelines and performing data profiling.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and control mechanisms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
