About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product, engineering, and data science teams to define and execute data‑driven strategies that improve customer authentication and online payment experiences.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical dashboards and visualizations that monitor digital engagement, security metrics, and conversion rates.
- Conduct statistical analyses and A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new authentication methods, UI changes, and fraud‑prevention controls.
- Build predictive models using machine learning techniques to anticipate fraud risk, churn, and usage patterns.
- Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders and support roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within digital identity, payments, or e‑commerce domains.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and advanced analysis.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, A/B testing, and machine‑learning frameworks.
- Expertise in data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences.
- Experience working with large‑scale data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake) and cloud environments.
