Senior Analyst responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing CPQ solutions, integrating them with commercial systems, and delivering data‑driven insights to support sales and pricing operations.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain CPQ applications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ) to support commercial sales processes.
- Integrate CPQ tools with ERP, CRM, and pricing databases, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflow.
- Analyze pricing, quoting, and order data using SQL to identify trends, improve accuracy, and drive revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guidelines for CPQ users.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CPQ systems implementation and support, preferably Salesforce CPQ.
- Strong SQL querying skills and experience with data modeling for pricing and quoting data.
- Proven ability to analyze business processes, define requirements, and deliver technical solutions that improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of cross‑functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
