About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards to support strategic decisions across Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines.
- Extract, transform and load (ETL) large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs, metrics and reporting frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise visualizations and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance analytical efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics or data science within a large enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for dashboard creation.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights to non‑technical audiences.
