About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to ingest and transform marketing and sales data for brand performance analysis.
- Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to uncover insights on brand health, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, presenting findings to cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to define key performance indicators and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Document analytical methodologies, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure data quality and governance across all brand analytics projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand analytics, marketing analytics, or a related data‑driven role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scikit‑learn), and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong statistical background with experience in hypothesis testing, regression, and segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.
- Experience with large datasets, data warehousing concepts, and data governance best practices.
