About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to monitor programmatic optimization platforms and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
- Design and execute Real‑time Brand Optimization surveys and custom audience segments to enhance model learning and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and other BI tools to communicate insights to external clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analyses and A/B tests to evaluate marketing tactics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback on automation workflows, model features, and data pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within programmatic advertising or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and modeling.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, experimental design, and A/B testing.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
