Senior AI/ML Software Engineer leading end‑to‑end model development on AWS, building scalable deep learning and NLP solutions for health‑care data analytics.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and production‑grade deploy machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) on AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists to transform raw health data into feature‑rich datasets, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Optimize model performance and inference latency through distributed training, model compression, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Integrate ML pipelines into existing data platforms, automating data ingestion, model training, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in software engineering and ML Ops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda).
- Strong background in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision applied to real‑world problems.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes for ML deployments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
