Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML solutions for government contracting, leveraging Python, TensorFlow, and AWS to deliver data‑driven insights and operational excellence.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and program managers to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Perform model validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement to meet stringent government compliance standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best‑practice documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Strong background in data analytics, feature engineering, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
