About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize generative AI models that improve patient care pathways and health outcomes.
- Collaborate with data scientists, clinicians, and product owners to translate clinical use cases into scalable ML solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Docker, and AWS services for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize model performance, monitor drift, and ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in MLOps and reproducible research.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying machine‑learning models, with a focus on generative AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable model serving.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely across time zones, communicate complex technical concepts, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
