ML Engineer
Lead the design and production of advanced NLP and generative AI solutions, building scalable RAG pipelines, fine‑tuning LLMs, and creating agentic AI systems for electrification applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize NLP‑driven AI solutions using state‑of‑the‑art models (NER, embeddings, summarization, etc.).
- Build and maintain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that integrate knowledge bases with large language models.
- Fine‑tune and evaluate large language models (LLMs) for domain‑specific tasks, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Develop agentic AI systems that autonomously interact with users and external services, delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, production‑grade AI solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on NLP and generative AI.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and scaling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
