Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, building, and deploying advanced machine learning models on cloud infrastructure to improve healthcare outcomes, leveraging Python, deep‑learning frameworks, and containerization technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize scalable machine learning and deep‑learning models that address clinical, operational, and patient‑engagement challenges.
- Collaborate with data engineers, clinicians, and product owners to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD practices to ensure reliable model training, validation, and deployment.
- Perform model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement based on real‑world feedback and health‑care data.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the AI team’s technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deploy models on AWS (SageMaker, EC2, Lambda) and containerize applications with Docker.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, SQL/NoSQL databases, and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of delivering production‑grade AI solutions in regulated environments.
