About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment on AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research concepts into production‑ready solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, hyper‑parameter tuning, and performance benchmarking of deep learning models, leveraging TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD workflows for ML model lifecycle management, including version control, automated testing, and continuous integration on cloud platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to knowledge sharing through code reviews and documentation.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong background in deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience deploying models on AWS services such as SageMaker, ECS, or Lambda.
- Solid understanding of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, ETL processes, and large‑scale data handling.
- Experience with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for advancing AI research into production.
