ML Engineer
Senior AI/ML Engineer responsible for designing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning models, analyzing large-scale numerical and textual data, and conducting AI risk and security assessments throughout the model lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and fine‑tune machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Process and analyze massive numerical and textual datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
- Review AI system architectures and data pipelines to detect potential safety and security vulnerabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive AI risk assessments across the entire model lifecycle, including data security, model bias, and deployment risks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate validated models into production environments and monitor performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
- Proficiency in Python and major ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Strong background in statistical analysis, data preprocessing, and handling large‑scale datasets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI safety, security best practices, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
