Senior AI/ML Engineer leading end‑to‑end model development, from data engineering to production deployment, using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, advanced NLP, and robust statistical methods.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for complex pattern recognition and NLP tasks using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, clean, and transform large datasets with SQL and Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas).
- Deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and monitoring.
- Apply advanced statistical techniques to evaluate model performance and drive iterative improvements.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and incorporate them into product pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience building and deploying ML models at scale.
- Strong command of Python and deep familiarity with ML libraries.
- Hands‑on expertise in NLP, including tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.
- Solid foundation in algorithms, data structures, and statistical theory.
