About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑ready machine learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores on AWS (S3, Glue, SageMaker).
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous improvement workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in code quality, version control, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, SQL, and big data tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
