Software Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI/ML solutions, driving end‑to‑end model development, productionization, and cloud infrastructure using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, and Kubernetes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving in a cloud environment.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to translate business problems into robust ML solutions.
- Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for model training, validation, and deployment using Kubernetes and AWS services.
- Ensure model quality, reproducibility, and compliance with data governance and security standards.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in ML engineering and DevOps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS (SageMaker, ECS, EKS) and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Deep understanding of MLOps principles, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
