About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and production‑grade deploy end‑to‑end machine learning pipelines for healthcare analytics.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate clinical problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Implement state‑of‑the‑art deep learning models using TensorFlow or PyTorch, optimizing for performance and scalability.
- Utilize AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) to build and maintain cloud‑native ML workflows.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and performance monitoring in production environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in applied AI/ML within a large enterprise or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in cloud architecture, preferably AWS, and experience with MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior data scientists.
- Demonstrated track record of deploying ML solutions that impact business outcomes.
