Design and deploy AI-driven automation for customer support, translating business needs into scalable machine‑learning solutions using Python, NLP, and cloud services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with support leadership to identify high‑impact automation opportunities and define AI solution roadmaps.
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models (e.g., NLP, classification, recommendation) that enhance self‑service and ticket triage.
- Integrate AI services with existing support platforms via REST APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS), ensuring reliability and security.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to improve accuracy, latency, and business outcomes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross‑functional teams on AI best practices and data pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production‑grade AI/ML solutions, preferably in customer support or SaaS environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and hands‑on experience with NLP techniques.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, IAM).
- Proven ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and to work with data engineering pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a track record of translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
