About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and operationalize end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions that address business challenges in oral, personal, and home care product lines.
- Design and train machine‑learning models using Python, TensorFlow, and related libraries, with a focus on computer vision and natural language processing.
- Deploy models on cloud platforms (AWS) ensuring scalability, reliability, and security in production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and domain experts to translate requirements into data pipelines and model specifications.
- Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production setting.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3, Lambda) for model training, deployment, and orchestration.
- Solid understanding of NLP techniques and computer‑vision algorithms applied to consumer‑product data.
