About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions leveraging GPU acceleration, CUDA, and TensorRT for high‑throughput inference and training workloads.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to define performance targets, benchmark results, and scalability strategies.
- Design and implement cloud‑native deployment pipelines, integrating GPU instances, container orchestration, and CI/CD for rapid iteration.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams, translating complex AI concepts into actionable engineering plans.
- Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, libraries, and hardware trends to keep solutions at the cutting edge.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on GPU‑accelerated workloads.
- Proficiency in CUDA, TensorRT, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of high‑performance computing principles and distributed training techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
