Lead the design, prototyping, and production of domain‑specific AI agents, collaborating with business and platform teams to deliver scalable, cross‑domain solutions on AWS using Python and container technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate AI agent solutions tailored to specific business domains.
- Collaborate closely with transformation teams, stakeholders, and AI platform engineers to define requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
- Develop production‑ready pipelines using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes on AWS.
- Integrate advanced machine learning models and NLP techniques into agent workflows.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance in live environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on agentic or conversational AI.
- Proficiency in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS), and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
