Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end Generative AI pipelines, including prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation for clinical data.
• Develop scalable, production‑ready models using Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow and integrate them with LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on AWS (ECS/EKS) ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, clinicians, and product owners to translate healthcare use cases into robust AI solutions.
• Establish MLOps best practices: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and model versioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Generative AI and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain or comparable LLM orchestration tools.
• Proven track record deploying AI services on AWS using Docker and container orchestration platforms.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
