Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI model development, from data preprocessing to production deployment, using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms. Drive innovation in model training pipelines and performance optimization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models for large‑scale datasets.
- Develop end‑to‑end training pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and augmentation.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and feature engineering.
- Deploy models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and monitor performance in production.
- Conduct research on novel architectures and techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience.
- Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in model training, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
