About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end development of AI/ML models that support commercial product initiatives.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design scalable data pipelines and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and prototype solutions using Python and SQL.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation, model validation, and performance benchmarking.
- Publish findings, present insights to stakeholders, and contribute to technical documentation.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 5+ years of AI/ML research experience.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong background in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning frameworks, and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
