About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and evaluate novel foundation and agentic AI models tailored to financial risk and compliance use cases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research outputs into production pipelines and enterprise applications.
- Publish research findings, contribute to patents, and present at internal and external conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous experimentation and reproducibility.
- Stay abreast of state‑of‑the‑art developments in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and large‑scale model training.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven track record of publishing high‑impact research in generative or foundation model domains.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with large‑scale model training, distributed computing, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex research into actionable business insights.
