About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize AI product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog in alignment with strategic financial objectives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and machine‑learning models.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, ensure sprint goals are met, and continuously improve development processes.
- Monitor product performance, conduct data‑driven analysis, and iterate on models to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Manage risk, security, and regulatory considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership experience with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
- Strong technical background in Python and data analytics, with hands‑on exposure to machine‑learning pipelines.
- Proven ability to work in Agile environments and lead cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or regulatory domains is a plus.
