Senior AI Product Owner leading cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and deliver AI‑driven financial products, leveraging machine learning, data analytics, and cloud platforms within an Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize AI product vision, roadmap, and feature backlog aligned with strategic financial and payments objectives.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and machine‑learning models.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, ensure sprint goals are met, and continuously improve delivery processes.
- Monitor product performance, conduct data‑driven analysis, and iterate on models to enhance accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Manage risk, security, and regulatory considerations for AI solutions deployed in critical financial systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product ownership experience with a focus on AI/ML solutions, preferably in finance or payments.
- Strong understanding of machine‑learning concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for model deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to work in Agile Scrum teams and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with data analytics, model evaluation metrics, and regulatory compliance in a financial context.
