Senior AI Platform Developer responsible for designing, building, and scaling cloud‑native AI services using Python, Java, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, while implementing CI/CD pipelines and data integration for enterprise HCM solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML micro‑services on a cloud‑native platform.
- Design data pipelines and model serving infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services.
- Implement CI/CD workflows to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI components.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and HCM domain experts to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize performance, reliability, and security of AI services in a multi‑tenant environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands‑on experience deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes and Docker.
- Deep understanding of AWS services (ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, SageMaker) and cloud‑native architecture.
- Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and data modeling for AI workloads.
