ML Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI models, leveraging Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services to solve complex healthcare problems and drive data‑driven insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and productionize state‑of‑the‑art machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineers, clinicians, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct experiments, perform model validation, and iterate rapidly to improve performance and reliability.
- Implement model monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure robust, reproducible deployments.
- Publish research findings internally and contribute to external conferences or journals.
Requirements
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with extensive experience in machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in developing, training, and optimizing large‑scale models, including experience with GPU/TPU environments.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and building CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and a track record of publishing or presenting research.
