Senior AI/ML Engineer designing, building, and deploying production‑ready intelligent systems using Python, Java, and advanced ML techniques, with a focus on scalable data pipelines and real‑world deployment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment in production environments.
- Develop robust data pipelines using Python and Java, ensuring data quality, scalability, and real‑time processing.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.
- Optimize model performance, conduct hyperparameter tuning, and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows for ML models.
- Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI and software engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience with Python and Java.
- Proven track record of deploying AI features and ML models at scale.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
