About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AI/ML solutions on the Databricks platform, leveraging Apache Spark for large‑scale data processing.
- Design, develop, and productionize end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines using Python, ML libraries, and best‑in‑class MLOps practices.
- Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams to integrate data sources, ensure data quality, and optimize performance on AWS or Azure environments.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts, fostering best practices and continuous learning.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, delivering actionable insights and predictive models that drive client outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions, with deep expertise in Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit‑learn.
- Proven experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and implementing MLOps pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and big‑data architectures.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of guiding technical teams and delivering client‑focused results.
