About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI/ML strategy across client engagements, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end data pipelines on Snowflake, integrating large‑scale datasets for model training and inference.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and consultants, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
- Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit‑learn.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to design scalable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions on major cloud platforms.
- Present technical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of delivering production‑grade solutions.
- Expertise in Python and modern ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake data warehousing, SQL, and data modeling.
- Strong background in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and designing scalable architectures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client‑facing skills.
