Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine‑learning models to forecast financial metrics, detect anomalies, and support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop automated data pipelines and dashboards that streamline budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the organization.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and enhance financial data warehouses, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical workloads.
• Mentor junior analysts, promote best practices in statistical modeling, and drive continuous improvement of analytical processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or operations with a strong focus on data science and AI techniques.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models, perform statistical analysis, and create visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
