About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end AI pipelines for user assistance, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Implement state‑of‑the‑art NLP models using PyTorch/TensorFlow, optimizing for accuracy and latency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements and translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Deploy models to AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security through Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Monitor model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on models based on real‑world feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on NLP.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
