About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine‑learning models that power AI features in a cloud‑native observability platform.
- Collaborate with data engineering and observability teams to ingest, process, and analyze large volumes of telemetry data.
- Integrate models into Grafana dashboards and alerting workflows, ensuring real‑time insights for customers.
- Optimize model performance and cost on AWS infrastructure, including SageMaker, Lambda, and ECS.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open‑source projects that enhance the observability ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems in Python.
- Strong background in AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3).
- Hands‑on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and related observability tooling.
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data‑driven AI solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for open‑source collaboration.
