AI Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end AI solution development, designing and deploying deep learning models on AWS, while mentoring a cross‑functional team and ensuring high‑quality, scalable production pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and AWS services.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business problems into scalable ML models.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines, model training workflows, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in model versioning, testing, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, including maintaining active security clearance and polygraph requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production‑grade models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with data engineering, model monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Active security clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph test.
