About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end Generative AI solutions that meet enterprise security, scalability, and reliability standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain multi‑agent orchestration frameworks that coordinate LLM‑driven workflows.
- Translate research prototypes into production‑grade code, ensuring performance, monitoring, and observability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI services into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for model versioning, testing, and continuous deployment of AI components.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily in Python.
- Deep hands‑on expertise with Generative AI models and large language model APIs.
- Proven experience building and operating multi‑agent or orchestration systems in production.
- Strong understanding of software engineering rigor, including testing, CI/CD, and security for AI workloads.
- Ability to solve complex problems in large‑scale, enterprise environments and mentor junior engineers.
