AI Engineer
Lead the design and deployment of AI solutions, building scalable machine‑learning pipelines and advanced models using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud services to enhance post‑sale work management.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and productionize machine‑learning models that automate and optimize post‑sale workflows.
- Design end‑to‑end AI pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices on AWS, ensuring reproducibility, CI/CD, and robust model serving.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art research and integrate cutting‑edge techniques such as deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning where applicable.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying production‑grade AI/ML systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and MLOps tools for model lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally, communicate complex concepts, and deliver results in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
