About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade AI models using Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch for real‑time threat detection and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust ML pipelines.
- Implement scalable data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training workflows on AWS services (S3, SageMaker, Lambda).
- Optimize model performance, monitor drift, and iterate on solutions to maintain high accuracy and reliability.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices; mentor junior team members on AI/ML techniques.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud ML services (AWS SageMaker).
- Solid understanding of data engineering, feature pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
