About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and production‑grade deploy end‑to‑end AI pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable machine‑learning solutions.
- Implement state‑of‑the‑art NLP and computer vision models, optimizing for accuracy and inference speed.
- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for model training, serving, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in data science and software engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of production deployments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep‑learning frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face) and computer vision toolkits.
- Solid understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
